Refund Policy
Pursuant to the applicable Dubai (UAE) Consumer Protection Law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, within 7 (seven) days from the date on which the Customer (or their authorized representative on receipt of the Product) physically takes possession of the Product itself and, in case of distributed delivery, from the day on which the Customer acquires the physical possession of the last Product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a request by contacting us via email, choosing the Return Request topic, within the deadline set above. This request must contain the following information:
(i) indication of the Product(s) for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal
(ii) order number and any other relevant information about the reasons why the Customer wants to proceed with a Return.
Once received further instructions on how to proceed by our Customer Service, the Customer must return the purchased Product(s) to JING Gallery within 7 (seven) days, choosing the most appropriate shipping method according to the value of the Product. The shipping costs and any other customs duties for returning the Product to JING Gallery are charged to the Customer.
The Customer is solely responsible for any decrease in the value of the Product resulting from handling the Product other than what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning; therefore, the Customer is obliged not to remove any labels applied to the Product.
JING Gallery will refund the sum paid by the Customer, not including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the returned product(s) reach JING Gallery’s warehouse.
Such reimbursement will be made by JING Gallery with the same payment methods used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed and expressly agreed between the parties and provided that the Customer does not incur additional expenses against this repayment.
Please note that for products not available on the website and purchased through our Customer Service and/or our Flagship Stores, the shipping costs and customs duties will be charged to the customer.
JING Gallery may suspend the reimbursement until the receipt by JING Gallery of the returned Product or, if it occurs earlier, until the moment when the Customer provides proof of having returned the Product.
After the shipment of the Product, the order can no longer be canceled or modified. The return of the Products already shipped must in any case be carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for in this article.
