Craftsmanship

• Hand-Thrown & High-Temperature Bisque Firing: Jingdezhen kaolin clay is hand-thrown into the cup and saucer forms, meticulously trimmed to the 7.5cm rim and 15.5cm saucer diameter. The raw clay undergoes 1280℃ high-temperature bisque firing to form a dense, jade-like white porcelain base with a smooth, luminous finish
• High-Temperature Glaze Firing: After bisque firing, a transparent glaze is applied to the entire outer surface, followed by a second high-temperature firing at 1300℃ to create a durable, glossy glaze layer
• Famille Rose Hand-Painting & Layered Dyeing: Master artisans use hair-thin brushes to hand-paint red-crowned cranes, foliage, rocks and pond scenery motifs. The color separation & layered dyeing technique is applied, with 3–5 layers of subtle shading to render lifelike feather texture, leaf veins and misty water details
