Craftsmanship

• Hand-Thrown & High-Temperature Bisque Firing: Jingdezhen kaolin clay is hand-thrown into the waisted bulbous form, meticulously trimmed to the 8cm rim and 9.5~10×7.5cm body. The raw clay undergoes 1280℃ high-temperature bisque firing to form a dense, jade-like white porcelain base with a smooth, luminous finish

• High-Temperature Turquoise Glaze Firing: After bisque firing, a uniform turquoise glaze is applied to the entire outer surface, followed by a second high-temperature firing at 1300℃ to create a durable, glossy glaze layer with a rich, even hue

• Famille Rose Hand-Painting & Color Separation: Master artisans use hair-thin brushes to hand-paint floral, foliage, and fruit motifs. The color separation & layered dyeing technique is applied, with 3–5 layers of subtle shading to create lifelike petal texture and depth

• 3-Step Firing Process: After painting, the cup undergoes 2 separate low-temperature firings at 780℃~820℃ to set the famille rose pigments.
